Where to buy treasures

The selection is as follows, for 100 rupees there are monster horns, twilight relics or evil crystals. For 200 rupees you get blue bird springs, golden skulls and goddess springs. They are expensive if they need a lot, but can be a good alternative if their luck is not so good.
