Blizzard Entertainment in April announced the next major addition Dragonflight for the MMORPG World of Warcraft. Information about this was posted on the MMO-Champion forum by the user Lumy. a few days ago. He also noted that the addition of the Dragonflight alpha client to the Battle.net application is one of the final steps towards the start of alpha testing, which may begin in the coming weeks.

In comparison, the alpha client of the previous Shadowlands expansion was added on April 3, 2020, and the alpha was officially released five days later on April 8. In the same week, the developers began sending out invitations to closed alpha testing.

The release of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is scheduled for the end of 2022. Pre-orders for the add-on are already open, and it is also possible to sign up for future beta testing on the official website.
