Microsoft Flight Simulator: World Update 6 postponed, patch notes

Asobo Studio moves the release of the World Update 6 for the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. The release of the patch was planned for today's 24th August, players still have to wait a little longer until the update appears. In a blog entry, the developers share with the update to move to September 7 to achieve the targeted quality level. In the foreground this time is Germany, Austria and Switzerland: Players may look forward to more detailed landscapes, additional airports and sights, including the Allianz Arena in Munich and the Viennese Ferris Wheel.

As a small taste of the World Update 6, the developers have posted a preview of the patch notes. In addition to four new and handmade airports, there are fresh photogramme data for individual cities, nearly 100 sights and new discovering flights. From the preliminary patch notes, it is clear that the upcoming update inter alia individual causes for game crashes were resolved. In addition, bushers should no longer come to a crash when a carave is created and your username is not from ASCII characters.

Microsoft Flight Simulator: PC numbers rise to Xbox release

The release of Microsoft Flight Simulator for the Xbox consoles had a positive impact on the PC version.
